This research aims to determine the effect of the liquidity ratio, profitability ratio and solvency ratio such as Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) simultaneously or partially to the stock price in the banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is all Banking Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 period in totaling 20 companies. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. From the 20 populations company, these acquired 12 companies selected as samples. The data used is panel data. Source data comes from www.idx.co.id site. The method of data collection is through documentation. The analysis techniques used are the quality of the test data and multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously current ratio, return on assets and debt to assets ratio significantly influence the stock price. Partially, independent variable current ratio and debt to assets ratio have no influence on stock price, while return on assets have a significant effect on stock prices. Advices given are the management company should be able to manage assets and equity held better. For further research is expected to expand the scope of research and adds research variables.
