Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the students perceptions of the use of GM helmet brand product and to know the most dominant perception dimensions chosen by the student. To explain the problem, the writer used a questioner instrument for data collection. Respondents in this research were 122 students in the Business Administration Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. The results of the data analysis, the writer concluded the results of students perceptions of the use of GM helmet brand product for the Dimension Performance 75 students (61%), Feature 68 students (56%), Durability 68 students (55%), Aesthetic 60 students (49%), Conformance 71 students (58%), Serviceability 46 students (37%), Preceived Quality 71 students (58%) have already good. And for dimension Reliability 57 students (47%) is good enough. From the discussion about students' perceptions of the use of GM products helmet brand in general has been good. However, the writer recomended to the producers of GM helmet brand product in order to retain or improve the quality of products in the future, in order to compete with other similar products helmet.
