Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to know and analysis how the recruitment procedures, selection and placement of employess on the LPP TVRI Sumsel Babel Palembang has been running well or not. The writer use method analysis cualitatif and use the percentage formula to count the questionnaires. The result showed the employees who received doesn’t match with the job spesification because of they use a closed method. In procedures employee selection, the company just do accept application letter, interview with leader and decision of selection. On the placement procedures, employees are placed on position doesn’t match the skills, and the background of the employee. For this final report, the writer suggest the recruitment procedures, the company should gives attention for the job spesification which set by the company. Finally, in order to help employess reach certain skills and abilities as well as sucessfully implement, the company should give training from senior employees who have experiences in the work to employees whose abilities doesn’t match the needs of the company.
