Certificate of analysis and certificate of quality are an important documents in the export activities that shipped with the products are exported to the buyer. Based on the results of collection data through interview and observation in PT Hok Tong Keramasan at Jalan Mayjen Satibi Darwis Keramasan-Kertapati Palembang 30259, the authors found some obstacles in the procedures for issuing certificate of analysis and quality, such as the mismatch of customer’s product specifications with the products, there are white spots in the products that produced, there are contaminations that contained in the rubber, there are contaminations in the goods which have delivered to the buyer, the mismatch certificate of analysis and certificate of quality with rubber conditions, and obstacles that could potentially occur due to the negligence and ignorance of employee that will give effect to products quality. Based on the problems, there are several solutions in order to minimize the obstacles, such as company should increase oversight of each activity, provide intensive training to employee and maintain a good flow internal communication between employee.
