Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the consumer perception about using Toyota Agya LCGC Car and also to know perception dimension which dominant. To explain the problems, the writer collected the data used interview and questioner instrument. The questioners were gave to the 80 consumers of using Toyota Agya LCGC Car at PT TAG (Tunas Auto Graha) Palembang. For For the result of data analyse, the writer got the result that the consumer perception about using of Toyota Agya LCGC Car for dimension performance (83%), service (84%), durability (82%), reliability (85%), product characteristics (86%), conformance with specifications (83%), result (84%), quality of products (86%). And then, for the dominant dimensions are product characteristics and quality of products (86%). From the result of that discussion, the writer got the conclutions the consumer perception about Toyota Agya LCGC Car have already good. For the company, the writer recomended to keep the dimensions have already good and increase all of the dimensions. Keywords: Perception, Toyota Agya LCGC Car
