Abstract
The Purpose of this final report is to know how much the factors that giving compensation towards employees performance at PT. Awfa Smart Media Palembang. The sample that the author used was 51 respondents using technique of Double Regression with Salary Factor (X1), Incentif Factor (X2), undirectly compensation factor (X3), and (Y). The result concluded that there was an influence all at once between independent variable and dependent variable which was 11,946 and partially for Salary Factor (X1), Incentif Factor (X2) and factor undirectly compensation (X3). Dominant variabel factor was the undirectly compensation.
