Abstract

The purpose of this final report is to know how the acceptance and placement of employeess on PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa (Tunas Daihatsu) Palembang. Based on interviews, the writer found the problems faced by the company regarding of recruitment system is mostly done through recommendation (External), that the employee needed in terms of education and experience are lacking. And then, the placement system in the office is not paying attention to specification includes educational background and work experience, especially showroom adminstration, workshop administration, customer relation officer and cashier. The research is to explain by descriptive qualitative. The theory that use to explain the research problem from Rivai (2004). It was concluded that the process of recruitment and placement of employeess has not done so well that interfere with employeess productivity. So, the writer try to give a suggestion for PT Tunas Mobilindo Perkasa (Tunas Daihatsu) Palembang to search new job seeker openly, make attention to the position and give training of position to the employeess on showroom administration, workshop administration, customer relation officer and cashier.
