Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi promosi apa saja yang digunakan oleh AMC Learning Solution. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam laporan ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Metode penelitian data yang digunakan yaitu riset lapangan dan riset kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan informan penelitian, yang pertama informan kunci yaitu Ibu Indo Unga selaku koordinator program dan kedua yaitu Ibu Diah P selaku staf keuangan di AMC Learning Solution. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa AMC Learning Solution menggunakan empat metode promosi yaitu yang pertama media periklanan brosur dan spanduk, kedua penjualan promosi discount dan free trial, ketiga informasi dari mulut ke mulut (word of mouth marketing), dan terakhir direct marketing (instagram dan whatsapp). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi dari mulut ke mulut yang sangat diandalkan oleh AMC karena kebanyakan siswa dan siswi yang mengikuti kursus di AMC mendapatkan informasi dari para alumni yang pernah kursus di AMC Learning Solution. Kegiatan promosi pada AMC Learning Solution sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik tetapi karena terjadinya persaingan di lokasi membuat AMC Learning Solution mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya.
