Abstract
Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media promosi instagram pada Kedai Sweetlicious Corner Sako Palembang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan melakukan wawancara langsung. Penelitian menggunakan analisis data secara kualitatif, berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis, penggunaan media promosi instagram pada Kedai Sweetlicious Corner Sako Palembang adalah Kedai Sweetlicious Corner telah memanfaatkan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana promosi dengan memanfaatkan fitur video, foto, reels, caption, direct massage serta live instagram guna memrpomosikan menu-menu yang dijual di Kedai Sweetlicious Corner untuk memberikan gambaran bentuk visual menu yang ditawarkan namun untuk konten-konten tersebut masih sangat kurang hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tidak adanya daya tarik konsumen untuk mengetahui lebih banyak terkait menu-menu yang dijual di Kedai Sweetlicious Corner.
