Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis promosi media sosial instagram CV. Bestar Sumatera (Reel Seven Organizer) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara analisis reduction data (reduksi data), Data Display ( Penyajian Distribusi), Cloncusion Drawing atau Verification ( Simpulan atau Verifikasi). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna jasa CV. Bestar Sumatera (Reel Seven Organizer) dari tahun 2019-2022 dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa strategi promosi media sosial instagram yang mana meliputi Periklanan (Advertising), Penjualan Perseorangan (Personal Selling), Promosi Penjualan (Sales Promotion), Hubungan Masyarakat (Public Relation and Publicity), Pemasaran Langsung (Direct Marketing) berada pada kategori sudah baik. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang digunakan oleh CV. Bestar Sumatera (Reel Seven Organizer) merupakan seorang mahasiswa/mahasiswi yang belum begitu dalam memahami tentang jasa-jasa event organizer yang akan ditawarkan kepada client.
