Abstract
Untuk terciptanya keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan diperlukannya lingkungan kerja dan kedisiplinan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, hal ini berguna untuk memastikan sejauh mana karyawan dapat menguasai dan memahami tugas yang diberikan sehingga dapat menghasilkan keefektivan dalam melaksanakan tugas diperusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk., Kantor Cabang Utama A. Rivai Palembang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan seluruh karyawan, yang mana semuanya menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, data analisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan), regresi linear berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial bahwa masing-masing variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama pada variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi () untuk variabel lingkungan kerja dan disiplin berpengaruh tinggi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
