Abstract

Judul dari laporan akhir ini adalah Analisis Kedisiplinan Guru Pada SMA Sentosa Bhakti Baturaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedisiplinan guru pada SMA Sentosa Bhakti Baturaja. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode ini menggunakan data primer yang dihitung dari hasil kuesioner, hasil yang diperoleh dari kuesioner akan dihitung menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis kuantitatif dilakukan melalui teknik analisis data interpretasi skor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kedisiplinan guru di SMA Sentosa Bhakti Baturaja berada pada tingkat yang cukup baik. Namun, terdapat beberapa area di mana kedisiplinan guru harus ditingkatkan, seperti selalu datang tepat waktu, menaati peraturan kerja, dan selalu membuat laporan harian sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan. Dengan memperbaiki kedisiplinan guru, diharapkan prestasi akademik dan lingkungan belajar di SMA Sentosa Bhakti Baturaja akan semakin baik.
