Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism product attributes yang terdiri dari attractions, facilities, transportation, dan hospitality terhadap tourist satisfaction di objek wisata Pulau Pahawang di Lampung, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dan melibatkan 100 responden yang telah mengunjungi Pulau Pahawang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa attractions tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction, sedangkan facilities, transportation, dan hospitality memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction di objek wisata Pahawang Island. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya faktor-faktor ini dalam menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang memuaskan. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa tourism product attributes secara menyeluruh memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction di objek wisata Pahawang Island. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan bahan evaluasi bagi para pemangku kepentingan objek wisata Pahawang Island dalam rangka pemenuhan kepuasan para wisatawan yang berkunjung.
