Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Digital Marketing Penyedia Jasa Promosi Pada Akun @Promopalembang Melalui Aplikasi Tiktok (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Diii Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya)”. Melalui Metode kombinasi yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi digital marketing yang dilakukan oleh akun @promopalembang sebagai penyedia jasa promosi. Teori marketing funnels digunakan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan preferensi terhadap strategi digital marketing yang di dilakukan dengan dimensi yaitu tahapan marketing funnels yakni awarennes, interest, desire, dan action. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, analisis konten, kuesioner, dan riset kepustakaan. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Form dengan sampel yaitu 85 mahasiswa DIII Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan rumus persentase dan kriteria interpretasi skor, maka diperoleh hasil secara rata-rata dari keempat dimensi penelitian yaitu skor sebesar 81,02% yang artinya interpretasi yang diperoleh termasuk dalam kriteria sangat tinggi. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa strategi yang digunakan berhasil mendorong target pasar dari tahap awal awarennes hingga tahapan akhir action terhadap promosi yang dilakukan oleh @promopalembang sebagai penyedia jasa promosi di TikTok.
