Abstract
Badan Narkotika Nasional adalah sebuah Lembaga Negara Non Kementerian Indonesia yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan tugas negara di bidang pencegahan, penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap psikotropika, prekursor, dan bahan adiktif lainnya kecuali bahan adiktif untuk tembakau dan alkohol. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi layanan pengaduan masyarakat pada Instansi BNN Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menggunakan Metode Extreme Progremming (XP) Berbasis Website. Aplikasi ini memproses data prioritas pengaduan dengan menggunakan 4 kriteria yaitu Detail Kejadian yang mempunyai nilai 35%, Deskripsi Terlapor yang mempunyai nilai 35%, Waktu Pelanggaran yang mempunyai nilai 20%, Tempat Terjadinya Pelanggaran mempunyai nilai 10%. Aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan database MySQL
