Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu Aplikasi Pelayanan Pengaduan Masyarakat di RSUD Prabumulih Berbasis Website, yang dimana untuk proses pengaduan khusus bagi pasien/masyarakat untuk menyampaikan keluh kesah kepada pihak rumah sakit. Aplikasi ini nantinya hanya dapat di akses oleh 3 user yaitu admin, pasien, dan petugas. Admin dapat mengelola aplikasi seperti menginputkan data petugas, Pasien dapat memberikan aduan kepada pihak rumah sakit, bisa melihat status aduan, , dan Petugas dapat mengelola data pasien, dan layanan pengauan. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, MySQL sebagai database, drawio sebagai desain diagramnya. Akhirnya dengan dibuatnya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah petugas dalam melakukan cek pengaduan dengan efektif dan efisien.
