Abstract
Tujuan Penulisan Laporan Akhir ini adalah untuk membuat suatu Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu proses kinerja pegawai dalam pengelolaan dan pengarsipan data kepegawaian pada Biro Administrasi Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah Prov. Sumatera Selatan dengan Admin berperan dalam mengelola semua sistem yang ada pada aplikasi, yaitu melakukan pembuatan data akun, pembuatan hak akses pada akun, pembuatan data pegawai, verifikasi cuti pegawai, melihat laporan kinerja pegawai, membuat cuti pegawai dan melakukan cetak laporan pegawai. Pegawai berperan dalam menambah data pribadi pegawai, file lampiran pegawai, melakukan laporan kinerja pegawai, dan melakukan pengajuan cuti pegawai. Kepala bagian berperan dalam melihat atau me-monitoring kegiatan yang ada pada aplikasi serta melakukan verifikasi laporan kinerja pegawai dan pengajuan cuti pegawai. Kepala bagian mempunyai semua hak akses seperti admin tetapi tidak dapat melakukan pembuatan data melainkan hanya dapat melihat semua data.. Metode yang digunakan untuk pembuatan laporan ini adalah menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem SDLC Waterfall. Proses yang digunakan untuk mendesain sistem ini adalah Data Flow Diagram, Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Blockchart, Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Kamus Data, dan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman framework PHP yaitu Laravel serta database MySQL. Sistem Informasi ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pegawai bagian Tata Usaha dalam mengelola data kepegawaian
