Abstract
The title of this final report is “The Influencing Factors of Consumers Decision in Joining the Music Class at Bina Vokalia Music Course Palembang. The purpose of this research is to know the most significant factors among culture, social, personal and psycology factors in influencing the consumers decision to join the music class at Bina Vokalia Palembang. The data were collected by using questionnaires and processed by SPSS 20.0 program. The result of Uji F is 12,294 and it shows that the independen variables influence the dependent variables in the number of 68 percent. The most significant variable based on uji T is 2,410 in this research is the culture factor, becauseBina Vokalia Music Course should be give more attention to this factor by socialize the Indonesian culture such as traditional songs, nationality songs and traditional music instruments. This company also need to maintain and increase their service quality based on the consumers needs.
