Abstract
The purpose ofthis reportistounderstandthe application of working uniformat PTPosIndonesia(Persero) Regional OfficeIII Head Representatives ofPalembang. The datawere collected by usinginterviewsandquestionnaires. The sample is47 respondents, who are employeesof PTPosIndonesia(Persero) Regional OfficeIII Head Representatives ofPalembang. Data were analyzed by usingpercentage. The resultsshowedthat theethics of uniformin that company, 40.43% has been applied. From thatpercentage, the application of ethicsis lessapplied. The Employeesmustcomply with therules of uniformaccordingwith the decision ofthe directorNo.KD.112/DIRUT/1213aboutworking uniformandattributes. Aboutdisciplinarypunishment, 42.55% of verbalwarningand31.91% of written warning. This suggeststhat the lack ofwarningby the employeraboutviolation of ethicsuniform. The authoritiesshould bemoreassertiveandoftenwarnedemployees toalwayscarrythe responsibilityto comply with regulationsinthe workinguniformandgivesanctionemployees whoare stillcommitted violationsinworking uniformandattributes.
