Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to determine the placement procedure of employees at PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., KC Palembang, which located at Jalan Basuki Rahmat Number 886A Palembang. The data were collected by using questionnaires and interviews given to the human resources staff and employees. The questionnaire were distributed to 20 employees The writer found some problems such as the discrepancy between the educational background of employees with positions, which caused the work to be not optimal, the company is difficult to find a good reference for marketing/DSR/DSE position. In addition, PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., KC Palembang less attention to the job specification of candidates will be placed in that position. To overcome this problem, the writer suggests for the new recruitments in future, PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., KC Palembang should use open recruitment methods, it can help company find best employees. PT Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk., KC Palembang also provide training and guidance to employees of marketing. This can increase the expertise and competent employees to work better.
