Abstract
The purpose of this final report to determine how the business development strategies that have been made at Rumah Makan Solok Permai. Data collection techniques used by the authors using field research included observation and interview, of the data that has ben obtained, The authors found that in developing a businesss, Rumah Makan Solok Permai business development using the two elements, that is, elements from within (Internal) and from outside elements (External). The strategy that has been done in accordance with what is expected of business owners, it is evident from the financial statements that have increased.
