Abstract
This final report discusses about the implementation of SaptaPesona at KutoBesak Fortress Plaza. The purpose of this study is to know if SaptaPesona has been implemented at KutoBesak Fortress Plaza or not. This study used the qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and questionnaire. The result of this study is that KutoBesak Fortress Plaza has implemented seven elements of SaptaPesona. Although among seven elements only five elements which are implemented well (safety, orderliness, beauty, friendliness, and memories), and two others are implemented sufficiently (cleanliness and cool atmosphere). The two elements are implemented sufficiently because the numbers of trashcans at KutoBesak Fortress Plaza are only a little and the positions of them are far from the visitors. Besides, KutoBesak Fortress Plaza is an outdoor destination, so it is better if the visitors who want to come to this destination at 5 p.m. or at night.
