Abstract

This report, entitled the efforts to improve the employees’ loyalty in Pertamina Hospital Prabumulih, aims to know the employees’ loyalty in Pertamina Hospital. In conducting this research, the writer uses qualitative descriptive method by interviewing some questions related to the problems to analyze the data, discuss the problems and draw the conclusion. Besides, the writer also uses the quantitative descriptive method to calculate the data in form of numbers from questionnaires given to employees of Pertamina hospital Prabumulih. From questionnaires’ result, the salary received has fulfilled the employees’ needs with the percentage 75.43%, the bonus provided in the form of money is relatively adequate with the percentage 87.71%, the spiritual needs with the percentage 71.92%, and the employees’ ability to work well with the other employees with the percentage 75.43%. The writer suggests that salaries and bonuses must be maintained in order to keep the employees’ loyalty and even to increase the loyalty, and hopefully Pertamina Hospital’s management can also pay attention to the employees’ spiritual in term of recreation.
