Abstract
Analisis Break Even Point (BEP) merupakan suatu teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui keadaan perusahaan tidak menderita rugi dan juga tidak mendapatkan laba. Penggunaan analisis BEP ini dimaksudkan agar manajemen dapat mengetahui pada tingkat berapa perusahaan mengalami titik impas, sehingga manajemen dapat mengambil keputusan untuk merencanakan target penjualan di atas penjualan minimal agar menghasilkan laba. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat BEP produk kaos putih dan kaos warna pada usaha Nice Shop periode 2014-2016 dan untuk mengetahui tingkat penjualan yang harus dicapai dalam perencanaan laba yang diinginkan pada periode 2017. Hasil analisis BEP untuk kaos putih tahun 2014, 2015 dan 2016 masing-masing sebesar Rp92.216.385, Rp99.148.514 dan Rp104.495.847 sedangkan hasil analisis BEP untuk kaos warna tahun 2014, 2015 dan 2016 masing-masing sebesar Rp74.988.194, Rp72.877.586 dan Rp66.836.542. Margin of safety untuk kaos putih sebesar 64,86% dan kaos warna sebesar 58,64%. Tahun 2016 menjadi tahun dasar untuk perhitungan perencanaan laba dan margin of safety di tahun 2017.
