Abstract

Penulisan laporan akhir ini dibuat untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram bisnis pada usaha SshareD Wedding sebagai media promosi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumen, dan studi kepustakaan dan penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang diperoleh penulis, dapat diungkapkan bahwa penggunaam media sosial seperti Instagram sebagai media promosi sudah berperan cukup aktif dalam melakukan aktivitas usaha SshareD Wedding. Media sosial Instagram berperan aktif sebagai alat interaksi komunikasi dengan para konsumen serta strategi promosi yang digunakan melalui Instagram sudah cukup baik. Berdasarkan pembahasan tersebut, diharapkan agar perusahaan bisa lebih memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial untuk mempertahankan kesetiaan para konsumen dan bisa meningkatkan penjualan.
