Abstract
Pramita clinic come to meet the health needs of the people around Plaju in particular, which previously has opened a branch in the area of Veterans Palembang in South Sumatra and is now opening a new branch in the region atPlajuJl. Jendral Ahmad Yani no.88 Kec.8 Ulu Palembang. At this building structure using steel materials and usingbore pile foundation. This structural design based on the basic rules of SNI 03-1729-2002 as well as other books related to the planning of the steel structure. From the planning of the structure Clinic Pramita building at Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani No.88 Kec.8 Ulu Plaju Palembang used single bore pile foundation size Ø40 cm with a depth of 9,4 m and a double bore pile foundationsize Ø40 cm with a depth of 10 m, column dimensions 200x200 mm and using steel with WF profile 100.100.6.8 for the third floor columns, for columns 1-2 floor using profile WF 150.150.7.10. In planning the beam, the transverse joists using WF profile. 125.60.6.8. In the lengthwise joists 3 AB using WF 300.200.9.14 profile and lengthwise joists 3 BC using profile WF 340.250.9.14. In the transverse beam using WF 506.201.11.19 profile, tolengthwisebeam using WF 300.150.6,5.9 profile, as well as floor plate thickness is 100 mm. Based on calculations it can be concluded that this structure is stable and secure.
