Abstract
The title of this final report is The Planning Office Building South East Asian Fisheries Development Center in Palembang. This building planning has land areas 25 x 30 meters and building areas of 29,6 x 15 meters on Jakabaring, Palembang. We plan and calculate the building based on primary data and supporting data. Primary data collected from field observation planning and supporting data which were analyzed using the formula of several books. Basic theory calculations using SNI-03-2748-2002 on Concrete Structures, Reinforced Concrete Structures by Istimawan and Reinforced Concrete Calculation Table by Gideon. The end result of the planning of this building is it uses concrete structures for roof, beams, columns and sloof, and also we use pile foundations.
